SHIPPING

All our products are made to order by our printing partners and shipped directly to your address. If you purchase more than one item, they may be delivered in multiple packages. Tracking information will be sent to you for each package with estimated date of delivery.

Please allow an average processing time of 6-9 business days from the date the order is placed.  International deliveries will take additional time for delivery.

We process your orders immediately upon purchase to insure you receive your item as quickly as possible. Please double check your address, item size/colors are collect as we may not be able to make changes once your order has been placed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We except returns and exchanges with 14 days of delivery. Please reach out to us at info@parchmentandparcel.com with your request.

Any items being returned must be unworn and in their original condition. Please package and return your item (at your cost) to us. Once we receive the items, we will either issue a refund or requested exchange.
