Shipping and Orders

How long does shipping take?

All our products are made to order so please allow 2-4 days for production and 3-5 days for shipping within the US for the majority of our print items. International deliveries will take additional time for delivery depending on location.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you with the carrier information and progress. Please note that your items may be shipped in separate packages and therefore multiple tracking numbers will be provided to you.

Embroidered Items

Please allow between 7-14 days from purchase for embroidered items to be delivered.

Knitwear

Please allow between 14-21 days from purchase for knitwear to be delivered as these products require additional time in production.

We process your orders immediately upon purchase to insure you receive your item as quickly as possible. Please double check your address, item size/colors are collect as we may not be able to make changes once your order has been placed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping to the U.S. on orders of $100 or more.

I am Missing an Item in my Order

Depending on the items you have ordered, they may be shipped separately and therefore may not arrive at the same time.

Please check your order for multiple tracking numbers. If you do not receive an item or cannot find the tracking information, we will be happy to check the status of your purchase for you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to many international countries. We have temporarily disabled shipping to EU countries due to GPSR regulations but are working with our partners to get international shipping back up and running.

Please except additional shipping times (2-4 weeks) for international orders as well as taxes on purchases.

Can I Change/Cancel My Order?

We begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to info@parchmentandparcel right away so that we can try to accommodate your request.

Once your order has entered production (usually within 24 hours), we will not be able to cancel or make any changes.

Please make sure the correct address is entered at the time of purchase as we may not be able to modify the information after the item has entered production.

My Order Is Showing as "Pre-Transit"

You will receive a tracking number once your item has been scanned with the postal service. If your item is showing as "pre-transit", it means that the label has been created but the package has not been scanned by the post office or has not been updated. If your item is showing as "pre-transit" for more than one week, please reach out to us at info@parchmentandparcel.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your refund policy?

We have a 14-day return policy on damaged/incorrect items only. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. 

If your item is damaged/incorrect upon arrival we will work with you to either issue a refund or a replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the damages.

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Please check the chart provided for each item carefully before purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@parchmentandparcel. Once contacted, we will let you know what address to return the items to.  

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Purchases From the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@parchmentandparcel.

Can I Exchange my Order for Another Size?

All our items are made to order and therefore we are not able to accept exchanges unless your has arrived damages/incorrect. Please carefully consult the sizing charts provided prior to placing your order.

Do you offer promotions?

We offer 15% off your purchase for subscribing to our newsletter.

Throughout the year, we may also offer sales or special promotions during the holidays or for new collection drops.

Where do I find the Care Instructions?

Depending on the item you have purchased, the care instruction may differ. Please go to the specific item page for detailed care instructions.

Do you offer custom orders?

We do accept custom orders and are happy to make small design modifications. Please reach out with your ideas and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Some of our items allow for customization directly at purchase.

Are you open to collaborations?
